Like any form of art, photography is subject to personal preferences, what one person may think is an average picture, someone else might see it as a masterpiece. In my personal opinion, this picture is pretty great. Outdoor portraits with natural lighting can be very beautiful, but the light is harder to work with than most people think. It can cause awful shadows and blown out skin. But you did an amazing job of avoiding both those problems. If I had one critique, it would be to lose the choker. It just looks a little out of place to me. Also, the sun hitting you on your side does cause a little bit of blow out, but like I said, that is hard to avoid when working with the sun. You could adjust your f-stop or shutter speed to avoid that. Or use a filter and shoot in RAW (if your camera is capable). That would also help show the detail/texture in your bikini top. On the positive side, the focus is great, I don't see any blur, your a beautiful model, and the contrast between you and the background really adds depth and causes you to stand out. Very nicely done. This is one the best pics I've seen so far.
